ADOPTION AND SPONSORSHIP

 

ADOPTIONS

All of the birds at the centre, from owls to eagles or Lugger falcons (right), are available for you to adopt. When you sponsor a bird by adopting it, you are helping to cover the cost of feeding, health care and the daily upkeep of that bird for the year. In return for your adoption support, you will receive an adoption certificate, a falconry themed keyring, a free entry and your name will appear on our adoption sponsorship board within the centre. If you wish you can sign up for a regular newsletter too, which will keep you informed of the bird’s progress at World of Wings.

 

SPONSORSHIPS

Organisations, companies, clubs and groups can also sponsor a bird or a project within the centre. With a bird sponsorship, the company or name of the group will be displayed on the bird’s housing to show that the organisation aids in covering the feeding, daily upkeep and health care for the chosen bird, while also advertising the organisation. If you are a school looking to promote understanding of conservation or biology, sponsorship or adoption might be an option worth investigating.
